Brandy Romper NWOT never worn. “One size” best for xs/s, but possibly good for medium as well since stretchy waist (The waist part measures 12in. ... laid flat and stretches to 16in.) A black chiffon like material with a really cool cape style! Lightweight and flowy, Two layers (tag says 100% rayon). Front is like a wrap style, might hang open, so I recommend either wearing a cute bralette or sold black tank/tube top, or use some sort of pin. John Galt tag - Rare!
