All game pieces, property cards, money, dice, houses, hotels, and NBA pewter collector tokens are present. The cards and money remain factory sealed, and the game appears unused. Condition notes: The outer box has a split/torn corner from storage (see photos). This does not affect gameplay or the contents but is cosmetic only.
