Excellent condition girls size 13/1 red flats with mesh bow accent and velcro closure. Easy to slip on, these red flats have soft padded soles, making them comfy for your little ones tootsies. Outer material is shiny but red is more of a deep rose color. Great for Valentine's day or holiday outfit. Worn only once, as you can tell by extremely clean soles and lack of wear and tear on the rubber bottoms. Great pair of flats, as they are not slippery or cheaply made. Purchased on Amazon for $31.
