Vintage black crushed velvet stretchy wide leg pants

Description

Inseam is 29 inches but the rise is 12 inches, so they're very long, I really wanted to keep these because they're so comfy and also so cool looking, but unfortunately 5 foot 7 isn't tall enough for these, definitely for someone taller or else with very long legs. Unstretched waistband is 13.5 inches but stretches much larger if needed. Legs measure 10 inches at the bottom hems. No flaws that I can see, they have held up amazingly for something from the 80s or 90s! Beautiful rayon blend crushed velvet and machine washable, too.
