Pre-owned in excellent condition.  There are convenient zippered side pockets, perfect for your keys, make up, etc. so you don't have to dig through your purse for those small items.  There is one small stain on the inside cloth (see picture).  Other than that there are no signs of wear. Only used a couple of times.
Measurements: 14 inches wide, 10 inches tall, bottom width is about 4 inches. Straps are 11 inches long.

This is in Excellent condition!  It does not appear to have been used, as it has no signs of wear and no damage!
The material inside and out is like new!
There are Faux leather base corners & a Faux Leather Shoulder strap.
Outside zip pocket on the back.   
Front silver metal buckle accent.
Main compartment zip closure.  
Inside zip pocket and 2 slip pockets. 
Inside fabric is real pretty light blue in perfect condition.
Single faux leather shoulder strap, w strap drop of 10".
11.5" long x 7" tall in the center x 3" wide at the base.
