Vintage Mohair Teddy Bear Coin Purse Blonde Mother of Pearl Button Hand Bag. Bear is 7 1/2" x 4 1/4". Coin purse strap is woven cord with a 15" drop. There is no tag on the bear and no evidence of where a tag has been cut or removed. Button is mother of pearl and coin purse has a snap closure. Button does have loose threads that could easily be repaired and is shown in picture. Actual coin purse measures 3" x 4". Inside lining is cotton teddy bear fabric in good condition. Eyes are glass with no scratches and the stuffed head is hard. Bear coin purse is in good vintage condition with no major defects. No smells, stains or tears.

Antique vintage dark brown genuine cowhide leather large medical doctor bag. Double leather handles and brass tone feet. Plaid fabric interior lining with slip pocket. “J.J.F.” embossing on rear exterior side near top opening. Strap for lock closure is missing from the bag, but still opens and closes and overall structure is in great condition. Leather has not been conditioned to keep the bag authentic, but please see condition of leather in pics. Some wear on joints where bag folds in on sides, but still functional. 18” width, 11” height and 9” depth.

This antique purse is beautiful , but has seen better days. Sold as is for crafty people who like a project. It needs cleaning, there is a tear along one seam. Clasp is broken. May be missing a few of the stones. Inside lining with marks. Please see photos. 
Frame looks to be brass.
Some ideas I has thought of doing, but never got around to were cutting out scenes and framing for artwork with vintage frames, slow stitch projects, panels for tote bags. panels for a denim or white long sleeve shirt. patches for a skirt and the list went on. Alas, that never happened!

* the design on the chainmail is up to your imagination, but I definitely see a skull
* I have NEVER found this extremely rare design in all of my days of antiquing 
* bottom of the purse has triangular edges with chainmail fringe (so neat!)
* gold tone metal upper hardware with a distinctive art nouveau look with geometric shapes 
* top center has a snap closure 
* inner lining is made with gold satiny fabric 
* there is one main compartment and one small pocket 
* snake chain strap length is 16 inches 
* research has led me to believe this item is from the 1910 to 1930's era

Antique Victorian Micro-Beaded Purse. Navy blue with red, pink, and green rose bud spray at center. The central image is outlined in gold beads. Also features a beaded fringe at bottom. Inside is cloth lined and has a small side pocket. Measures approx. 8" long and 6" wide. Good Antique Condition. Wear is consistent with age. There is a small spot on each side that is missing beads and the top is missing the clasp and chain strap. This will be an excellent replacement if you have the clasp portion - or display as is on a vanity or frame it!
