Adorable lace headband from Forever 21!

Not quite early 2000’s vintage, but well on its way! I purchased this in ‘07 or ‘08

Size: One Size (OSFM)

*Measurements taken lying flat*

Length: just over 8 in
Width: 2 in

No tags, tried on but never actually wore out - good condition!

*Inner seam, some thin, frayed elastic strands from stretching & trying on can be seen sticking out - no holes & no major damage. Very subtle & minor pulls in lace here & there - also no major damage. Underneath seam came loose a bit, no “tear” or “hole” like damage, but there is an opening (see close-up photos for all)*
