Lego Creator Expert #10243 Parisian Restaurant. Part of the Lego Modular Series from 2014. Rare and hard to find. One of the best looking modular sets there is.  This set is in great condition with all Minifigures. Many great play features and great for display. It looks to be complete but is being sold as is in the pictures. Will be shipped assembled  in easily assembled modulars.

We just cut two seals today specifically for viewing pleasure and to confirm contents.  Place small tape back over the seals in last pics.  Few small dings/dents/shelf wear on box but overall not bad.  Will be shipped with the box inside of another shipping box.

Condition: Very Good - All bricks and figures are in excellent condition. Original baseplate had the corner chipped off and was replaced with a non-lego base of the same color (both base included).  Set does not include instructions or box, but instructions can be found online or the Lego app.

Authentic Lego Creator Parisian Restaurant #10243 I would say 95% complete in case there are small missing pieces I am unaware of and replacement bricks that don’t match. * See black staircase that was replaced with brown. It comes with Lego instructions. No Lego box.

This beautifully detailed building is the setting for so many stories and is a great addition to the modular building series. The Parisian Restaurant has a fully-stocked, blue and white tiled kitchen with tableware as well as a cozy apartment with pull-down bed, kitchenette and fireplace. On the top floor is the artist's room with a studio that includes a cast iron heater, easel, paintbrush and two works of art by the aspiring artist. Outside, stairs lead down to the roof terrace lined with hanging lanterns and flowers where the diners eat alfresco-style. This amazing Parisian Restaurant model even includes a facade with croissants, clams and feather details that recapture the feel of Paris.

New and unopened. Verified authentic. Some minor shelf wear on box.
