   This estate sale find was sitting in a tool box stored in a Florida garage for years so it has a light rust look over the part #. You can read the craftsman and USA  but the part number has a spot covering the number a bit . But under a magnifier it looks like the part # is 45071 .I do not know how to clean this so I will leave it to the new owner . The rubber handles look near perfect as well as the cutting surface on these cutters . The spring is strong and still at full length like it was not used much. A very nice tool that has just been stored a long time in a salty air envrioment
